Thanks for helping me to reunite with my family and to cultivate healthy relationships out of disease.

In the throes of ecstasy after my first Liberty Experience I gave you a hug & said I would always love & support you.

That was a projection : ) It must been a little uncomfortable to be on the receiving end of such intense enthusiasm & devotion - but to this day, I am so grateful for all I learned while playing on team and learning with Lifeforce, that it's really true.

No pedestals, I just want you to know that you will always hold a place in my heart and consciousness of high esteem, love and support. Learning from, and working with you has been no less than a profound experience for me. You are an amazing teacher : )

I'm sure that you've heard these words from so many that it's probably just a tad overwhelming. (Is it possible to take a word bath to wash away your aches and pains?)

Hopefully, in the moments when it may get tough

your voice
dear matt: i wanted you to know that my thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. you may have heard of the book, written by a psychotherapist, entitled "my voice will go with you". it's premise is that the therapist's voice will stay in the client's head for many years - if not the rest of their lives - and so the therapeutic benefits accumulate over time and continue to grow even afer the end of the relationship. one of the voices in my head is yours. i think of you often and the work that we did together, and frequently quote (or paraphrase!) you to others as well. i am holding the space that you will be one of those who undergoes that treatment with minimal to no side effects - i'm sure you know already that some patients have horrible side effects and some have basically none - and that you will have the healing that the drugs are designed to foster. remember that as all of the body regenerates and renews itself, the liver is one organ that does so faster than most of the others. with much love, don

I bet you dont know that people tease me about the word FABULOUS- I use it often. Its an infectious word. I notice that people I am around whether it be at work or buisness aquaintances or friends - they all seem to aquire that word as a result of me saying it all the time. I tell people that I got it from a FABULOUS teacher named Matt Garrigan. No matter the time or distance we are all so connected. Matt- being sick is not easy HOWEVER I know and trust all will be well. I know and I trust. Sending you LOVE AND LIGHT! Lisa

Matt, I can not even come close to express what you have done for me ! I feel you truly taught me that it is Safe to LIVE and to Live Joyfully and Boldly!
