Hey Everyone

I just wanted to write a quick note.  Gregg’s here in the hospital room with me.  I’ve been here since Wednesday.

My white blood count has dropped real low so they have me in isolation with all the precautions that go with it.  I just want you to know that since I cannot have any visitors, you are all in my heart and prayers.  I love you all very much.

The drop in white blood cells is one of the severe side effects of the Interferon treatment.  I will be in the hospital for several more days and then I will be able to go home.  Please don’t send any flowers, I would love them but can’t have them around since my immune system is compromised at this time.

If you can, remember to smile, open a door or do something kind for someone today. You never know where people are coming from or going to. Knowing that there are kind people out there helps.  And you are all very kind people.
